One of the many benefits of depot parking is that it is completely customizable. You can decide when customers come and how many spots are available at a given time.
When a customer makes a booking at your location and it is confirmed, the entry instructions will be shared with the driver— this can include everything from how to get into the yard to where to find the toilets. When you create your truck parking partner account, you will have to include this information so that a driver can find his way around your yard without issue.
Additionally, once a booking is made, you will receive the driver and related company information: Company name, license plate, driver name, and date/time of arrival/departure.

Once a spot is booked at your location, the booking will be shared with you via email. Unless the booking is changed or cancelled, it will be fully processed two hours before the driver’s arrival and your payment will be guaranteed.
You will receive an invoice on a bi-monthly base and all daily totals can be viewed in your dashboard. The payment will be deposited into your account 30 days after you receive the invoice.
